Reservation & Fee Procedure

1. Download the "rent request form" and fill it.  (DOWNLOAD RENT BOOTH REQUEST FORM)
    

2. Submit the "request form" by Fax to: +96638060024 or E-mail exhibition@saudigis.org
    

3.  After getting the approval from "Exhibition & Sponsors Committee"; download the "contract form" and fill it.  (DOWNLOAD CONTRACT FORM)
    

4. Submit the "contract form" by fax to: +96638060024 or E-mail exhibition@saudigis.org
    

5. For payment procedure read the contract. Payment should be paid within one week from Exhibition & Sponsors Committee approval or the company well loses the reservation.
